On December 31, 2019, we met for the first time at a New Year’s Eve gathering at Jovita’s house. That night, Prasetya was introduced to Jovita by a mutual friend. It was only a brief meeting, as at that time Jovita was still in a relationship.

We slowly grew closer and began sharing our past stories, where both of us had experienced toxic relationships. Over time, we started talking about our hobbies, favorite games, favorite foods, and spending time together. We also had long conversations about our visions, missions, and future goals. Realizing that we were truly compatible, we officially started our relationship on February 26, 2021.

After three wonderful years of being together, we decided to take a more serious step. Prasetya proposed to Jovita in Hainan, China.

Some people may think this is the ending of our love story. But for us, this is the beginning of a new journey that we will walk together for a lifetime.
